Equipment Repair Service

Meena Medical offers the highest level of repair for medical and lab equipment. We understand how crucial it is that your equipment is always functioning at the highest level possible. Our Biomedical Equipment Technicians are trained to repair the most up-to-date technology and equipment. We service most brands and devices.

When delivering or shipping your equipment for repair, it is very important that you send power cords and accessories that you use with the equipment so that all can be tested. The Equipment Repair Form below is used for inventory of what is being delivered.

Fixed rate of $250.00 (2 hrs. of Service)

Additional Time (if needed) is $125.00/hour

We charge $1.00 per mile for driving to your location
Additional Charges (Required Parts, Shipping) will vary for different units.

Preventative Maintenance and Electric Safety Inspections

Meena Medical is a cost effective alternative to manufactures service. We are fully insured, factory trained and AAMI certified, providing a range of services. We offer annual or semi-annually inspections to help you keep your medical equipment serviced and operating at all times.

Our preventative maintenance (PM) & electrical safety inspections (ESI) meet all OEM guidelines, AAMI standards as well as requirements of CAP, JCAHO and OSHA. Protect your equipment and investment by scheduling your annual PM & ESI.

Fixed rate of $100.00 per hour (20 units of equipment or more)

Fixed rate of $110.00 per hour (19 units of equipment or less)

We charge one time $1.00 per mile to come for PM & ESI
Most Equipment will take 15-30 minutes
Some equipment may take more than 30 minutes to be calibrate
( minimum Charge 2 hrs.)
