How do I order equipment from your company?

Do you sell pre-owned equipment and if so, is a warranty available?

Yes.  Meena Medical buys and sells biomedical equipment and we offer high quality, patient ready equipment that includes a 90-day warranty.  Extended warranties are also available.  
 
Do you offer sales and support outside of the DFW metroplex?
Yes. Our headquarters is located in Colleyville, Texas and we service the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex and surrounding areas.

Why should I have my biomedical equipment inspected?

Regular calibration and service is the best way to protect the investment you have made in precision equipment and the correct recognition and continued observation of measured electrical safety parameters will contribute to a safer patient care environment.  

Does my medical equipment require regular maintenance?

In order for you to get the most out of your medical equipment we recommend that your equipment be checked for continued accuracy on an annual basis.  We provide Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Electrical Safety Inspections (ESI).  

What is a safety inspection and what is its purpose?

Our qualified Service Engineers and Biomedical Technicians use state-of-the-art calibration and testing equipment to ensure that electrical safety parameters and essential connections meet all OEM guidelines, AAMI standards, as well as requirements of JCAHO, and OSHA.  

What does it cost to maintain my equipment?

We perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Electrical Safety Inspection (ESI) services annually at a flat rate of $75.00 per hour.  Generally, each piece of equipment will take 15-30 minutes to be calibrated.  If you are in need of  PM & ESI, we service four (4) pieces of equipment per hour (2 hour minimum).  Information for each piece of equipment is recorded on an Equipment History Sheet for you to retain and update.  

How much do you charge for repairs?

If you need repair service, we offer pickup and delivery, have loaner equipment available, 90-day warranty, and the rate is $75.00 per hour.  For both maintenance or repair, any on-site visit will have a mileage charge of $0.50 per mile.
